Y16 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the y16 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the y16 platform in any way, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other policies published by y16 from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use this platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and y16 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
The y16 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above who are legally permitted under their local laws to participate in online betting or gambling activities. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that use of this platform is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the y16 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. y16 may request identity verification documents at any time for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. y16 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the y16 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or other methods to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the betting system.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
- Abusing bonus offers or promotions through bonus abuse techniques recognised by y16.
- Uploading or distributing any content that is unlawful, seditious, obscene, or that could harm the platform or other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of bonus balances, and legal proceedings where necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the y16 platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or digital wallet details are accurate and belong to them.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice. All successful deposits are credited to the account balance once confirmed by the payment processing system. y16 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet operators.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same account used for the original deposit, or to an account verified by the user. Withdrawal requests where ownership cannot be confirmed may be held pending completion of the verification process. y16 reserves the right to apply additional review to transactions that trigger financial compliance flags.
5. Liability Limits & Account Suspension
Y16 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, y16 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using this platform.
Y16 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- The user has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspicious activity or potential fraud has been detected on the account.
- The user has failed to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
- The account has been inactive for a period exceeding the limit set by the platform's policy.
- Y16 has been directed by the relevant authorities to take such action.
In the event of a legitimate account closure, any remaining balance — after deducting bonuses whose wagering requirements have not been met — will be returned to the user via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the y16 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of y16 or its licensed rights holders. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from y16.
The y16 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, including game providers, payment processors, and technology partners. y16 does not control the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.
Y16 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will be published on this page along with a new effective date. You are advised to check this page periodically. These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law, and any disputes will be resolved through the mechanisms prescribed by that law.
